Even our little ones hide behind their hands to cry.
Depression can bind us, making even the simplest tasks an uphill struggle, much like the sloth’s slow movements. Yet, there is a gracefulness in their deliberate efforts, mirroring our own courageous journey through sadness.
Hidden behind closed doors and drawn curtains, just as the sloth retreats within its beloved tree, we find strength in seclusion.
